returns & exchanges policy
All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday from 11am - 5pm. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will ship the following week. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express.
For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com Please include your name, description of the issue, photo of the item, proof of purchase and we will get back to you with a response and the next steps to be followed.
All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may no be returned or exchanged. You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Espiritutara, Inc. except in exceptional situations.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
For all repair inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
