Tara Benmeleh.

Ceremonies: Tea. Collage. Meditative beading. Blessings.

based in Miami. working everywhere.

espiritútara is a Miami-based lifestyle brand founded by Tara Benmeleh, aka Mama T. Her intuition, creativity, and over two decades of spiritual practice inform her ceremonial work, which includes the art and ritual of tea, jewelry, and her children’s book Gracias Madre. Tara's passion for tea ceremony is noteworthy, as she views it as a form of medicine and meditation. Tara is a lover of aged and fermented teas, serving them with exquisite handcrafted teaware. She serves tea with dance-like movements, attention to detail, and a focus on mindfulness and presence. Through her tea ceremonies, Mama T guides her guests into a simple yet profound journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening, encouraging them to focus on the sensory experience of tea. She creates a space for individuals to connect with themselves, each other, and the universe within and without, offering peace, harmony, and moments of stillness and beauty to those who participate.

Tara’s work through espiritútara is always evolving, experimental and intuitive by nature.

Ceremonies can be for individuals or groups. On average each ceremony can last between 1-2 hours. She serves guests in-house at her private Miami garden and off-site for tea ceremony baby blessings, wedding blessings, braiding rituals, birthdays and other one-of-a-kind curated events.

Other available offerings include Collage as Oracle Ceremony (can be done under the influence of tea), Sound Healing, Meditative Beading, Reiki, and Kundalini Yoga.

Tara also designs jewelry using handmade elements and intentional symbols that generate positive energy and provide protection, empowerment, and healing. She is also the author of the children’s book “Gracias Madre.” The book sparks appreciation for nature, exposes children to a second language, and guides them to practice gratitude for everything Mother Earth offers.

If you’re interested in experiencing a ceremony, please send a message with details about the event you would like Tara to hold space for.
